The hosts made us feel right at home, and the
surrounding landscape was absolutely breathtaking. We often came back from our excursions to find freshly baked cakes waiting in the lounge. The cozy guest areas and the friendly Labradors further made our stay delightful, though the driveway was a bit adventurous for our car.

Cozy guest lounge with warm hospitality.
The access road to Grove Farm B&B was rough and challenging, making my arrival a bit stressful. While I appreciated the warm atmosphere and the charm of the old farmhouse, the limited dinner menu left me feeling unsatisfied. the lack of TV functionality in the lounge was disappointing, especially considering that I had hoped to unwind with a good program after a long day.

What stands out – both good and bad
The farm's peaceful charm attracted me immediately, and the breakfast was exceedingly delightful with fresh, local produce. Remarkably comfortable lounge areas were perfect for winding down after a day exploring.
The access lane posed a challenge, being rough and pot-holed, making me cautious with my vehicle. Plus, the distance to main attractions might deter those seeking convenience.

the farm road is not for the faint of heart, absolutely ridiculous for a regular vehicle. i expected more from the dinner menu, something a bit unique would’ve been nice. also, i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade or a nice gesture, but no, just plain old treatment like everyone else, how delightful.
